Keeper Cords
You know those things you use to hold your stitches? These are the good ones.
Keeper Cords are reusable stitch holders for knitting made from slender rubber tubing. They're flexible enough to thread easily onto your needles, letting you try on sweaters, hold sleeves, or set stitches aside without wrestling with waste yarn. Plus, they're grippy enough to keep stitches exactly where you left them
To transfer your live stitches, just squish one end of the cord onto your needle tip and slide the stitches right onto the cord — no threading scrap yarn through hundreds of stitches. A double-hole cord lock cinches the two ends together so your stitches are locked in until you're ready for them.
Each set includes three cords — one 60" and two 30" — sized for everything from a sleeve in progress to a full sweater body. The whole set comes in a lidded aluminum tin with a window — easy to toss in your project bag, and keeps the cords from tangling in your notions drawer. We recommend storing them in the tin when not in use to extend their life.
Available in several cord colors — choose yours below.
