Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in the United States. We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible via UPS or USPS.

To pick up your order at Knitty Gritty Yarns, choose PICKUP IN STORE during checkout. Orders not picked up within 90 days will be considered legally abandoned and payment will be forfeited.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to arrive. During big sale events or promotions it may take us a little longer and we appreciate your patience while we pack everything with care. If more than 10 days have passed, reach out to contact@knittygrittysyr.com with your order number and we'll track it down for you.

Subscription boxes and pre-order items ship on their own schedules, check the individual product page for expected ship dates.
