If you've ever been around for one of our big sales, you know it can be a little crazy. Because of this, we are unable to offer Ravelry pattern sales and yarn winding today. We always strive to offer the best customer support and service, and cannot do that if our staff is tied up with winding. You are welcome to bring the yarn back on another day and have it wound for free, or leave it with us to pick up next week. We're also happy to help you find a pattern to go with your squishy new purchase on another day. We are unable to take phone orders on Black Friday. On event days our staff is already stretched thin, and we just can’t provide the level of service you deserve if we’re stuck behind the counter.
If you're shopping online, you don't need a promo code, the discount will be applied automatically as you add to your cart. We cannot stack other discounts or coupons with Black Friday sales. even your birthday bucks. We just can't layer the codes like that. Sorry!
The discount is only applied to in-stock merchandise. Merchandise cannot be held to buy on Black Friday. The discount cannot be applied to local dyers.
One more note....
Knitty Gritty is primarily a brick and mortar store. This is the first time we are offering an online discount on Black Friday so we may find some unexpected kinks along the way. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the item and It is possible that someone else may be walking around with the skein you are eyeing in their arms. If this is the case and we are unable to fill your order, we will work with you to either replace or refund the skeins. If you fill your cart to think about it for a while, that pretty skein might not be there when you get back.
