Driftwood Straight
There's a version of knitting that happens on beautiful tools. These are those tools.
Lykke Driftwood straight needles are made from lightweight laminated birch with a soft gray finish that varies slightly from pair to pair — no two sets look exactly alike. The tips are long and slender. The stitches glide. The needles are warm in your hands in the way that wood always is and aluminum never will be. Both US and metric sizes are etched into the black metal endcaps — not printed, etched — so they'll still be readable a decade from now.
Named after the Norwegian word for happiness. Handcrafted in Kathmandu, Nepal. Five-year manufacturer's guarantee against defects.
If you've been knitting on whatever needles came with a beginner kit, this is the upgrade that makes you realize what you've been missing.
