Sport weight Latta is a round 3 ply yarn. It’s strong, bouncy and full of life. Latta is an American grown Merino/Rambouillet non-superwash wool making it a great option for textured hand made items. As a non-superwash wool, Latta will keep you warm all winter and cool in the summer with its natural temperature regulating, moisture wicking abilities. Latta has an incredibly soft hand, making it a pleasure to work with and to wear. The range of saturated colors are perfect for colorwork or stunning solid color projects. We know you’ll love how it feels.

Queen City Yarn is a dye studio in Charlotte, NC, where Janis and her team hand-dye all of their yarn. They offer beautiful colors on bases we love. Queen City Yarn began with a love of offering beautiful handpaints paired with vibrant tonals. 

Their colors are inspired by their beautiful surroundings and the breathtaking places they've visited. While they dye each color to be beautiful on its own, they also design coordinating colorways as well as colors that contrast beautifully with one another.
