La Jolla is Baah Yarn's signature base — 100% superwash Merino, fingering weight, hand-painted in small batches by Mira at Baah's Las Vegas studio using professional-grade dyes. The result is a skein with depth and color movement that photographs beautifully and knits up even better. The Merino base is soft without being fussy, with just enough body to show off stitch detail in socks, shawls, colorwork, and lightweight garments.
Because each skein is hand-painted individually, no two are exactly alike — even skeins from the same dye lot will have slight variations. That's not a flaw. That's the whole point.
The colorway range is extensive and rotates regularly, with new additions throughout the yeah, limited edition and monthly colors that sell out fast. If you see one you love, that's your sign.
