Remix Wool

Everything the Remix family does well, now with the warmth and structure that only wool provides.

Remix Wool is the wool-forward version of the Remix line — 100% recycled fibers with recycled Merino wool as the lead, blended with recycled polyamide, cotton, acrylic, and a small percentage of other reclaimed fibers. The wool brings the warmth, the elasticity, and the tweedy depth of color that the wool-free Remix versions can't quite replicate. The result is a worsted with a slightly rustic, textured feel that's especially good for cables, colorwork, and structured garments with a lived-in quality.

The colorways tend toward richer, earthier tones than the wool-free Remix — the kind of palette that suits the fiber.

One important difference from the rest of the Remix family: Remix Wool requires hand washing. The recycled wool isn't superwash treated, so plan accordingly before you cast on a gift for the dryer-tosser in your life.

If you want machine washable, Remix (worsted), Remix Light (DK), and Remix Chunky (bulky) are the wool-free versions — all machine washable. For a lighter wool option, Remix Wool DK is the same blend in a DK weight.
