North Ave Twist

North Ave is Plied's first yarn: a 100% wool, two-ply, woolen spun, fingering/sport weight yarn, spun at the Harrisville Designs mill and hand-dyed in Baltimore. The dyer, Ann Weaver, worked with Harrisville to create the base yarn. Harrisville sends the milled single-ply yarn to Ann in Baltimore for dying. Ann then sends it BACK to Harrisville for plying, then the cones are sent back to Ann again for all the finishing work. 

The colors are vibrant with subtle shading and range from tonal to bold, contrasting barber poles. You can also find North Ave in tonal Primaries to coordinate.
